We can help you from start to finish on building the home that you dream of. We believe in honest, fair pricing that doesn’t change when your faucet preference does. So we offer a “cost plus” structure with a flat-rate contractor fee that is charged based on the square footage of your home, not as a percentage of what it costs to build. This offers us no incentive to push your budget up, and also not to cut corners. We are being paid for our expertise, not for the price of your materials. Under our “cost plus” model, this fee would be added to the cost of the materials and labor that it takes to build your home. And no, we don’t upcharge your material costs.

We can help from start to finish on any accessory building or addition to your current home or property. These could include In-Law suites, garage additions, porch add-ons, or storage sheds. This pricing structure closely follows our custom home pricing, with flat contractor fee based on the square footage of the project, along with the cost of materials and labor.

Want to redo the kitchen, bathroom, or open up the living room? We can help with that from demo all the way to the finish. This could also include finishing an unfinished space in your home. With the variability of each job however, we have to custom price each job as it comes. But, what we can promise, is that the contractor fee we quote with the estimate, will not change so long as the scope of the project doesn’t.
